These Brave Men

Dashing to the mound,
Without making a sound.
These brave men would stand their ground.
It was here that they would die
It was here they would forever lie
This is where they make their stand
A stand for freedom
A stand for their family
A stand for what is right
A stand that had little hope of surviving that night
As the evils approached
They were not frightened
For they knew there cause was right and just.
They knew what ever happened,
If they shall do or die,
They would be victorious for their cause.
