I sit here
Next to a person
Who commits a life scaring accident
The purple sky
And the crayola colored sunset
Colors the scene
The birds flock wildly to the nest
Presiding over what’s about to happen
The process of being scared for life
The one as the murderer
Seen with a small aluminum object
Approaches a “goon” as the homies say
The goon is just looking for someone
To chill
With, but the murderer doesn’t know
He’s strapped,
The heat pounds down on this scene
Into the sweaty palm of his hand
