Hoops Alive
When I first stepped onto the court
I felt like a different sort.
School would be filled stress
but alas when I stepped onto that court I knew that those past things no longer mattered.
Running up and down that court
passing the ball to my teamate
and making the basket is what made my smile at the end.
No it was not only basketball that I loved about it-it was the friendship,
and the spiritual growth one got out of playing basketball for the Lady Rams.
