Vacation Gone Exposed

A simple beach vacation
beautiful, calm, amazing
no worries
just myself, the waves and me.
BAM! i was taken away
by the undertow of the high tide.
Shocked, scared and hopeless
needing air, wanting it.
The water bounces me around-
like a basketball.
Then i open my eyes to see--
Strangers, more strangers and my friend
Standing there, looking at me
asking if i am okay.
I look around, then down
To realize that i have no bathing suit bottom.
