Nightmare

By
Running on the track,
Without looking back,
Jogging so far,
I'm out of sight,
All alone,
And into the woods of the night,
There they are,
Their faces hidden,
Under their hoods,
All wearing black,
About to attack,
For I am unaware,
So I just stare,
Not knowing whats to happen,
They all start yappen,
Then one charges,
For I am unaware,
So I just stare,
Figuring out whats going on,
I think back,
And realize that I was only a pawn,
I thought I was smart,
But I was a fool,
They played me from the start.
