Missing You
A quick message on facebook
As often as we can
Five paragraphs of "What's up?"
Through a rapidly typing hand.
I'm sure that I'll eventually
Have told you my whole soul.
My inbox will most likely
Be saying that it's full.
I've told you all my heartaaches
The things that make me cry.
My dreams and hopes for the future
How I hope to soar and fly.
I've told you all my feelings
And I never feel exposed.
And how I can't wait to see you
Because now you're finally home.
My high school and you're college
May pull us far apart.
But although you're not with me
I can feel you in my heart.
