Think Again
She lies there crying
She’s letting out her sorrow
She’s half way gone
But there’s no one there to know
You look down at her
Standing in the shadows
No emotion inside
You don’t care about the grief that follows
Maybe you didn’t hear her scream
Maybe she never said anything at all
Maybe you didn’t see her fear
Or maybe you should think again
You were foolish
You thought he loved you
You thought he cared about you
But now you know he knows nothing about you
He never listened
He just said what you wanted to hear
He stood there smiling
As you lied there drowning in your bloody tears
Maybe once there was something between you
Maybe once there was a chance
Maybe they could have worked it out
Or maybe you should think again
