Winter is when it’s freezing cold,
where it is evident that the heat has been sold.
It is where every living thing is hidden under a blanket of white,
and when the birds have taken flight.

Spring is where blue birds fly,
it is where the memories of childhood lie.
It is said that in the months of spring,
all the world's troubles don't mean a thing.

Summer is when the sun chooses to scathe,
when it is advised that in sunscreen, one should bathe.
Where children laugh, dance, and play with toys
For they know that in summer lie their joys.

Lastly, Autumn is when leaves turn
It’s a season when the cold is not yet stern.
It is the season full of the most precision and beauty,
for the leaves turn brilliant colors then fall, as is their duty.
