I Thought You Loved Me
Wanting you to love me, not knowing what to do,
Feelings of rejection and it’s all because of you.
I really thought you loved me; I truly thought you cared;
Now I’m just burning all the secrets that we once shared.
You’re in everything I think about and everything I see,
I really can’t believe how easy you can do this to me.
You once made me happy; you use to bring me joy,
But I realize now that I was nothing more to you then a silly little toy.
