Paper Face On Parade
Im broken
and whats broken i cannot fix
its a wall thats been torn down
and all i can do now is miss,
miss the days when my naiveness
was still intact
miss the days when i thought no one had a mask
but I have been broken now, you see.
I am no longer a fool
and now i know about the masquerade ball
people go there to hide there face
all of them, can no longer replace
a dissapointed heart
who yearned for love and friendship
In the darkness now
that hides away my tears
I can see the real faces
underneath those masks I fear.
