Destination

The wind rustling, racing though the trees
While the field sung

This is my destination

The stream babbling over the rocks
The fish splashing waves of water, trying to swim upstream

This is my destination

The birds cawing, talking, laughing
The bees busily buzzing to do their work

This is my destination

The bunnies playing tag in the field
The deer jumping and skipping through the forest

This is my destination

The blue sky with its limited white puffy clouds
The sun shining on all the flowers making bright colors

This is my destination

The air being so light and crisp
The warmth that traveled through my body

This is my destination

After the short rain a colorful rainbow passes through
It’s saying that there is nothing to fear

This is my destination

The bugs scurrying under a log trying to make their home
Spiders spin their picturesque web

This is my destination

I know where I stand, everything is so peaceful
This is my destination, in nature, my own private runaway
