I don’t know what to write, will someone please help me?
It’s the worst feeling ever, like being stung by a bee.

Do I write about a poor, helpless, old maid?
No, I can’t, I already wrote about that in second grade.

How about riding on a sailboat, or looking at a clock?
I absolutely hate having writer’s block.

Writer’s block, writer’s block, why can’t you go away?
I need some good ideas that will get myself an “A.”

Like a sudden bolt of lightning, a thought comes to me in bed,
A really great idea has just popped into my head.

Sitting here, thinking hard, and suddenly with a shock,
I got the idea to write about writer’s block.
