When I was 15

When I was 15 I was molested by a friend that was a senior. I developed PTSD a few months later. It has been really hard trying to find something i can do to relax my mind. Poetry is one of the things that allows my mind to settle. I started having panic attacks at night about a year later. This poem is written about my panic attacks and how I feel when i have them
