A poem’s a poem,
But me, I’m not,
I dance, I soar, I land in one spot,
People see my perspective and laugh a lot,
A poem’s a poem,
But me, I’m not,
I cry, I laugh, I dance a jig,
While I sit and wonder if I’m related to a pig,
A poem’s a poem,
But me, I’m not,
I write, I wonder, I live to the fullest,
I’ll go wondrous places,
Places never imagined,
I’ll eat silly do goo soup,
And plop go dow I’ll imagine,
Hilly Hay Hotskins I’ll meet,
Why I will even walk down Douberry Show Street,
A poem’s a poem,
But me, I’m not.
