Sonnet
The hurt and the pain is what you won’t miss

Immortality’s what you now dread most

Never ending sleep, you wait for with bliss

Pain is all that your body’s come to host

The untruth is all your friends hear from you

Tis better to lie, than reveal your thoughts

In your mind there’s only one thing to do

You leave you friends, with a goodbye of sorts

You pull closed the blinds, and you turn away

You feel your quick heart beat from inside

In the land of living, you shall not stay

You once lived with joy but it’s slowly died

From a blaze, to glow, to nothing but ash

Life was once grand but now ends in a flash
