Whimpy new Kid

The day I started
I was so confused
I walked the halls
I looked for an excuse

It was my first day
The school was new
I made marks on the floors
I looked for a clue

The teachers were nice
I had to say
I started to feel better
Till they came

I ran from them
They chased me
I said please stop
I turned into an escapee

Every time they went past
I cringed in my skin
I was frightened now
And I have no protecting kin

They tell me to ignore them
They tell me to fight back
But how can I when every time I get caught
They hurt me like a punching sack

I tell the teachers
They do nothing about it
It keeps up I want it stopped
My friend is glad I haven’t skipped
So I ask who will care
For a little wimp like me
Who is scared of 3 people
Older than me

You?
Him?
Mom?
Dad?
