Love is just a fairytale
That we try to achieve
Reaching for the best we can
Struggling to believe

But a story is just all there is
All lies yet no regrets
And slowly everything turns good
The further in we get

The girl gets taken far away
To a land we'll never see
But the young lad will rescue her
That's just how it will be

Now if in real life she'd gone away
There would be no prince to seek
But still she'll wait to be saved again

As the man walks over slowly
