As life proceeds, we slowly lose our soul;
weighed down by the stone, relentless power,
each second we waste is another hour,
each action we take helps fulfill our roll;
Drowning in life, devoid of emotion,
take blessings for granted, dying in vain,
loving the sunshine, despising the rain,
trained to crave not freedom but commotion.

No, but please wait! Before the earth shatters,
the nest which you left is what truly matters.
It's been painted on stone and written in scripture,
all can be found in a family picture.

Listen in silence and you will find truth;
gain back your soul through memories of youth.

I guess you wold call this an inspiring poem. Life can be confusing, difficult and meaningless. We all need a little youth inside of us to stay sane.
