The War
The anger of the presence strikes again.
The opposing reams in terror they scream.
In hope of winning the fight to come,
They resist the struggle, but their body is numb.
Just like the old days in World War One,
The tension builds in the history that runs.
The men on the field are tired out,
Both sides struggle in thought and doubt.
What happened to the compromise of peace?
Where did it go and when will it come?
