My dark Prince
My prince of darkness, you help me see,
In this world of cruel misery.
Crimson tears, you wipe them dry.
Darling, dark, prince of mine.
I feel your heart beat in your chest,
I take this moment and make it blessed.
I see the pain behind your eyes,
I can’t think of more that I despise.
My prince of Darkness, take my heart,
Take my love, lets not be apart.
For if I go and you might stay,
Then you can’t take my pain away.
My raven, black as the darkest night,
When he is near, he is my light.
Nobody feels the way I do,
Please allow me to love you.
Dark prince of mine, I leave you now,
With words to bring you back somehow.
My body, cold, with midnight frost,
Leave me now for I am lost.
