A woman is like a teabag, you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water- Eleanor Roosevelt

As i sit on the cusp of midnight
as my tears fall like rain
as i count the moments till forever
i try not to staunch wounds with more pain

as i lay in the bowl of morning
as i drink up the blue of the sky
as i swim in the gold of sunlight
i never stop to wonder why

as i tie up the ribbons of twilight
as my body feels splintered an bruised
as i paste on my misfit countenance
its hard not to feel a little used

as i sit on the cusp of midnight
as the day peels ‘way to night
better think twice if first you thought
I'd ever give up this fight

I hate being unsure. Of anything. it frustrates me that i cannot have an answer when asked. this is just one of those things when you really DON'T have an answer. That is, if someone asks.
