I see you walk away with a black heart and a broken sole.
You walk so sadly, and so lost to everything around you.
I want to reach out to you to hold you in my arms.
To love you as you loved me, but I fear that you would shatter at the slightest touch.
So I sit there and watch you walk away and I hear your sole say......
Love, when broken, is just another death, but hate is my elixir.
