Can You Imagine

Can you imagine a world without song?
Everyone dancing, but with the beat all wrong.

Can you imagine trees without leaves?
Nothing to shake and rustle in the breeze.

Can you imagine a beach without ocean?
Nothing but cold, hard sand, lacking emotion.

Can you imagine Earth without Sun?
Eternal darkness; trapped with no where to run.

Can you imagine people without love?
Only hate to help when push comes to shove.

Can you imagine time without dreams?
Life pulling you in whichever direction, no way to repress silent screams.

Can you imagine life without air?
Gasping for breath, full of angry despair.

Can you imagine a world that is just fine?
Little secrets of imperfection in this head of mine.

I loved the flow of the piece. The rhyming went together very well. And its so true, without all these things in nature, the world wouldnt be as beautiful.

the line with screams is a bit to long, it breaks flow, but its still a good peice. i loved the rhyming.
