Sunset, Nighttime
A
yellow
sun sets on
a warm summer
day, over the sea
It’s light turns the sky a
rainbow of oranges and
yellows, pinks and reds, the colors
slowly fade as the sun sinks into
the ocean, the one color left is black
Stars
begin
to twinkle
in the night sky
The moon smiles down
Lighting up the dark sky
Wind is whistling through the trees
Grass is swaying in the soft breeze
The silver of a moonbeam surrounds
everything, revealing the shadows
