From my head to my feet
Look over at the scary competition mat
Hope nothing will go bad
Taste the hairspray in the air
Sweat dripping everywhere
My team shakes around me
Hope the judges like what they see
We walk out on the floor
I want to run for the door
No worries we did great
Do it all again the next day
