True Joy
Being materialistic doesn't make your life wealthy
its an illusion
not gold but golden-plated wood
the epiphany that realizes our identities are not the reflections of our price tags
but our morals, emotions, & characteristics
our family and friends
the commencement of our evolution
end of something, start of something new
we evolve, but we also pollute
minds, perspectives, environments
but this cycle of life is all repetitive
we inspire individuality on this identity tree
there is no need for antidepressants
let love be our natural dopamine rush
re-cultivate the values of past days
when money wasn't everything and
lives just survived from the closeness of their families
materialism cant make you happy
enjoying life can
love can
family can
these are the true fulfillments in life
