The girl you once knew
that you thought was ugly and made fun of when she came up to you
The girl you ignored when you talked to her friends
and when you made a list of all the pretty girls she was put at the end
The girl that was quite and never made a sound
has CHANGED and is able to look you in the face right now
and when she sees you shes not quick to turn around,
She has changed
and you can see it!
When you see her you stop and look as she walks pass, feeling guilty about all the times she was harrased
You admire her beauty and wish you can get a second chance
But know you would never get it
So you just sit
and watch a new me stoll on pass.

I wrote this poem because this is what I went through. In middle school no one thought I was pretty and the boys made fun of me, especially the boy I had a huge crush on. Now I am in high school and the boy I had a crush on is always in front of my building. He is always stearing at me and one of his friends told me that he thought I was cute. I didn't really know what to do so I wrote this poem dedicated to him!
