It releases the words from my mind and heart I cannot simply speak but imply my feelings in a certain way.
It is our story of life, sorrow, happiness, and joy. The cycles, beginnings and end.
It is our soul on a piece of paper as the words spill from our lips, speaking a language we cannot hear but take in and feel.

This poem is what poetry means to me. Poetry is like me talking to someone and them listening to me, it feels good to let my feelings out and express how I really feel.
