You complain about how your life sucks
Just because you didn't get THAT guy
Or because you didn't get what you wanted
If you stopped and looked around
You wouldn't be so self-centered
The things you have around you
Should mean more then a fancy phone
Or a new iPod
For just a minute
Look around
Stop and think about what problems you have
Then compare then to starving children
Orphans, the abused, the murdered
Now, you can complain.

The author's comments:
People always go around complaining about how their lives are terrible. But they don't realize that the reason they hate it, is beyond meager. I hope that people will eventually learn to value what they have, and not complain.
