Ballet
Grace and beauty is the cover page,
But for a ballerina none of it is the same.
The torture of bloody feet
Is enough to make you want to meet
A nice hot shower and relief
From pain beyond belief.
It may come off as only grace,
Pure talent and a pretty face,
But it’s never the same for the ballerina dancing away.
Putting her whole body, soul, and mind in to the dance so she may
Make her dreams come true.
To the dancers on the stage it’s more than just a dance in tutu’s and silly fashion,
It’s their passion.
