After walking five minutes from school to the library,/
I come in and do my homework until it's four thirty./
I find it rather quiet the first hour that I'm there;/
Then these middle schoolers come, making noise that is unfair.//
I struggle to study and to finish all of my work,/
But nothing could stop them from talking and being berserk;/
If you come in the library and you are not quiet,/
Then there's no point of being there if you just start riots.//
So now it is four thirty and most of my work is done,/
Then I go to practice, waiting for it to have begun./
After three long, exhausting hours, I come home at last,/
And cherish the hours left before they run out too fast.//
Then that night I fell asleep and had the most random dream,/
It wasn't something expected, but it wasn't so extreme./
Before I tell you what happens, I want to let you know;/
Don't ever stay up past midnight, or else you will not grow.//
So as my dream begins, I walk into the library;/
And I see this hobo who seems to be very hairy./
The computers start blinking and going out of control;/
And the librarian at the front is eating spring rolls.//
I decide to go upstairs into the manga comics;/
And pick up one that turns out to be home economics./
So then I droppped the book, turned around, and guess what I saw,/
A gigantic turtle with panda ears and a bear's claw.//
Screaming at the top of my lungs, I run back down the stairs,/
And the next thing I knew, I was dodging chocolate eclairs./
So confused, I sprint to the DVD's and videos;/
And I'm in a disney theatre watching "Captain EO."//
I turn back and run, only to find myself in a room;/
And lights turn on and in my face is a microphone boom./
There are people around me and lots of flashes around;/
I'm at a podium making a speech to a big town.//
All of a sudden I hear a crash and smoke fills the air,/
And I wake up confused, scared and hugging my teddy bear./
So tired and drowsy, I start to get ready for school;/
And I still think about my dream and feeling like a fool.
