I feel the stares,
as I walk down the isle.

The happiest day of my life,
has finally arrived.

I keep my eyes on the floor,
so I will not fall.

When I see the steps,
I looke up at him.

His bright green eyes,
are shinning brightly.

I never thought,
that this day would come.

You lift your hand,
to take mine.

We turn to look at the pastor,
and he starts to speak.

Finally,
it is time for the 'I do's'

My heart is fluttering,
and I can't wait.

He says I do,
and slips the diamond filled ring,
onto my finger.

It's my turn,
and I say I do.

I put the ring nto his finger,
and my lips widen into a smile.

He returns my smile,
and the pastor says,
"I now pronounce you husband and wife."
"You may now kiss your bride."

He looks down at me,
and kisses my lips,
ever so softly.

Then suddenly,
he scoops me up into his arms,
and carries me from the church.

This day I will always remember,
as the happiest day of my life.
