He wove me in my mother's womb,
and held me in His hand,
He knew me before I even saw the world,
He blessed me before life began.
He is my strength,
my love,
my hope.
He distracts me from the worldly grief
and comforts me when I weep.
He chose me,
I did not chose Him.
He saved me.
Now I sit and wait,
as I look at His beatiful creations everyday,
life was no mistake,
he wove it, just like he wove me,
and held it in His holy hand.

The author's comments:
I was inspired by Psalms 139:13-15: "You alone created my inner being, You knitted me inside my mother. I will give thanks to You, because I have been so amazingly and miraculously made. Your works are miraculous and my soul is fully aware of this. My bones were not hidden from You when I was being made secret, and when I was being skillfully woven in an underground workshop. Your eyes saw me when I was only a fetus. Everyday of my life was recorded in Your book before one of them had taken place."
