Communication
Tear drops fall from your cheek and rest upon my ear
Thoughts of your presence wander through my mind
From speaking in your softest voice, I hold most dear
the pose of your voice, yet your feelings are defined
You tell a great story, but I am aware of what I hear
I feel for your feelings, from your emotions I’m not blind
The true sound is that of silence, the sound of fear
Love roams freely, but it’s as though we are confined
In closing my eyes and breathing, the dreams reappear
So little to say, to whom my heart shall be resigned
Words can’t cover these feelings, words remotely sincere
To express the emotions that our touch has refined
Through the phone you lie of being content
I want you happy from the love I have sent.
