Slowing heart
confusion, confusion rules my mind
Bundles of memories
Thought frozen in time
Love runs deep
Viens run cold
Reaching a fork in the road
Breaking off in every which direction...
Unsure of which way to turn
Or where to go
North, East, South, West
Lost, unsure - just want to rest
world is spinning, twirling, dancing
turning upsidedown and overend
Who is it I call a friend?
Knowledge, knowledge - thought divine
They say "trust in the heart"
and "love is blind"
But here I am
Lost in my mind
Trying to see what my heart desires
Recalling things done and said
And here it goes, goes again
