The silence of night
laying in this bed
wanting to make it right
one thought in my head
just take this knife
make just one slice
the whispers in my ear
just take away the tears
to slit my wrists
over just one kiss
just to get away
from day to day
these days go to slow
and they just pass by
like they have no flow
i don't want to cry
but these tears just fall
like there's no tomorrow
just watching this blood drip
takes it all away
until another day that
i take the pain away...
