heartbreak breakup
You said we were meant to be,
but then you walked out on me.
How could you lie from the start?
How could you break my heart?
I thought we had it all,
but then you ran me into a brick wall.
Pieces of my heart scattered on the floor,
and you keep smashing them the farther you walk out the door
Trying to hold back my tears,
you have released my biggest fears
Love is what I thought we shared,
Why did you lie when you said you cared?
I told you I needed you,
bbut you still treated me like muck on your shoe
I used to think love was great,
Now it's something I hate.
