When I think of you,
It's like the aftertaste of diet mountain dew
It's like when I get a paper cut
or like looking at an old scraggly mutt
It's like falling off a slide,
or getting caught in a rip tide
It's like running over a dog,
or not being able to see in the fog
It's like breaking my leg,
or being homeless and having to beg
When I think of you I feel a disgrace
I can't stand to look at your face
