Fall A Poem About changing seasons
They fall,
One by one,
Drifting down,
A blanket of red and brown
A reminder of the cold to come
They fall,
One by one,
Plunging down,
Pooling in shallow puddles
Pit-pattering on windows and walls
They fall,
One by one,
Dropping down,
Leaves tumble down from trees
Rain splatters and splashes in the street
The air grows cold
The wind grows strong
Jacket are zipped
Hats are dawned
The bite of the coming winter grows sharp
