Like A Rose

In the early light of a breaking dawn, the dew doth shine and the night be gone. Awaking and stirring up God's great earth, to share with it a tender, new birth. Breaking out and standing strong, to it's Creator an everlasting song. The thorns are there to keep it protected, a constant reminder that my King was rejected. For a beauty so great and a power divine, through all that it is, the Savior will shine. And through all of this it simply shows, that we are to live, just like a rose.
