Wedding Bells
Wedding bells, wedding bells, hear them ring
As I walk through the doors of the church
I hear the choir sing
I hear them singing the song
Here comes the bride
And for just a split second
I wonder who it could be
But then I remember
That the bride of the day is me
It’s so hard to believe
And as I walk down the isle
My father at my side
I know that he can’t believe
That his little girl is finally a bride
I look at my husband
And he looks back at me
We both know that each other can’t wait
For how our family will turn out to be
As we stand on the altar and say our vows
I pray that we will have long everlasting love
I pray that god will watch over us from above
As the rings go on I start to cry
And once we kiss, the tears then stop
I feel like I can fly
When that’s done with we begin to leave
Everyone is clapping and cheering
And as we get down to the end of the rows
I see a clearing
We walk down the steps of the church
And there was only one thing
One thing that I remember hearing
That was the sound of wedding bells
