"Not all who wander are lost"

In these “hallowed halls”
Full of social blunders and falls

With every second of every hour
A new person rises to power

Where no one says what they mean
And nothing is as it may seem

Mixed signals they’re all sending
Everyone is just pretending

The largest known masquerade
Complete with its own fool’s parade

People fading in and out
It’s all for one without a doubt

You follow the crowd
Never saying your ideas out loud

Like a coward you don’t dare
To put yourself out there

It only lasts a few years
So kid be tough, soak up the tears

Yes indeed this is a couplet style poem on school. I wrote it one day when things at school were rough and I was down.
