There comes a time in every man's life

When all he can do is stop,

reflect, and wonder ...

"What if this wonderful woman

had not been my wife?

What if my children had never been born?"

Under heaven, He decides who will go on living, and who must die.

"But what if I," thinks a man, "what if I,

I alone, determined who would live and who would die? I would love and

cherish all walks of life,

I would give the sun and moon lips,

so they may

Smile down upon my world,

the world I controlled.

All would love, and be loved.

And they would make way

For me their king,

their god, loving and bold!"

When a man is close to the end of his life,

all he can do is wonder,

wonder if he could have been another man.
