The Monster And Mommy MAG
Where Mommy stood
A minute ago
A monster now does stand.
The monster isn't nice to me.
He just bothers me
And commands:
"Go to your room!"
"Clean up that mess!"
"What do you mean by that?"
"Don't ever talk to me that way!"
"Stop acting like a brat!"
I need comfort.
I need love,
And there's no one else nearby,
So I run to the monster's
Open arms
And into them
I cry.
And soon Mommy is here again.
And she's comforting me.
And I think the monster
Has disappeared!
For Mommy's all I can see!
