By THOMAS M., Marblehead, MA

It whispers of exotic beauty,

of love and lamentation;

It tells of the determination and dreams

so noble as to make us nothing.

It relates the story of the meek,

the glory of the weak;

But it lies.

Hang tight to your dreams

and let your spirit fly;

For it is but the wind

and speaks the same on the other side.
