Dedicated to Mr. Michael Karavetsos

"Why is life boring?"

I said to the man.

"In life you are free,

to do what you can."

He looked at me with a wry smile

"The most boring thing you do is breathe,

in and out, all the time,

but if you don't do it you die."

Life is boring.

This is incredible. Short, powerful, made an impact. Congratulations on a great poem.
