When I look in his eyes

Through his eyes
I see blue skies
Like soft clouds against my cheek
The whistle in the wind of his whisper in my ear

Why can’t he realize
I see sunset in his eyes
The trees so beautiful like his face
The swaying of the grass like its blowing through his hair

The way he feels
It gives me chills
Like a bird soars through the sky his love soars through my soul
We can survive the changing seasons as long as we have each other
