   The keeper of the animals

Leisurely walked the halls

She came to the gymnasium

Where monkeys climbed the walls

Coming to the chem lab

Was quite a fearful sight

The lioness paced the room

And roared with all her might

Passing by a room

Where alligators laughed

Zoo keeper overheard someone

Trying to teach math

The room Ms. Peacock kept

From which came no sound or word

English rules were being set

And written by all the herd

In another room a seal

Kept his audience intense

To see if he could offer

A really good defense

Keeper strolled back to her desk

Pleased with what she'd seen

Enthusiastic students

And teachers working as a team.
