   Green and peaceful,

Reminds me of home,

There in the meadow,

I lie alone.

I feel very safe,

There by the lake,

No one but me,

My own special place.

How can it be,

I can't face them again,

Now that I've failed them,

They will trust me no more.

Filled with sorrow,

Out through my tears,

There in the meadow,

I lie alone.
