   Back and forth

I rock with her

body like mush

and face of unselfish peace

unaware of the pain

she causes ...

Her blood

it streams from her breast

and tickles the floor

and stains my shirt

as I hold her ...

I feel her

but she feels nothing

for she has taken herself away

from

me ...
